White wine based on Trebbiano Spoletino, that is a local grape variety of Umbria characterised by fruit aroma and taste.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10° C
SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS: starter, carpaccio, salami like ham and culatello, rise, soup, fish, white meat, some types of cheese, aperitif.
GRAPE MIXES: Trebbiano Spoletino minimum 50%, other grapes 50%

MONTEFALCO GRECHETTO DOC

White wine based on Grechetto, that is a local grape variety of Umbria characterised by fruit aroma and taste.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10° C
SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS: starter and second course with fish, salami, fresh cheese, first course, legume and cereal soup, torta rustica, pizza.
GRAPE MIXES: Grechetto minimum 85%, other grapes 15%

MONTEFALCO ROSSO DOC

In Montefalco, the Sangiovese grape is traditionally very widespread, as in many other wine areas of Central Italy. From this grape, the Montefalco Rosso takes its origin in combination with the Sagrantino grape, which gives the structure and the characteristics typical of the area. It is a flexible wine, suitable to pair with a meal from beginning to end.
