ENOLOGICA 2017 – 15/17 SETTEMBRE

Si terrà dal 15 al 17 settembre la trentottesima edizione di Enologica, l’evento che ogni anno riunisce a Montefalco (PG) migliaia di turisti e winelovers in onore del Sagrantino.
La colonna portante di Enologica 2017 saranno le celebrazioni per i 25 anni di DOCG Montefalco Sagrantino: una ricorrenza ma anche un traguardo che simboleggia l’unione e la forza di un territorio con una storia dalle radici profonde.
Il Consorzio Tutela Vini Montefalco, il Comune di Montefalco e La Strada del Sagrantino stanno già lavorando a un ricco programma in onore della tradizione e del percorso evolutivo che hanno portato il Sagrantino e i vini di Montefalco al riconoscimento, sulla scena nazionale e internazionale, di eccellenze del made in Italy.
I winelovers potranno ripercorrere i momenti salienti della storia della denominazione, conoscerne le sfaccettature, avere accesso alle memorie storiche di Montefalco e prendere parte a una straordinaria degustazione delle vecchie annate.
Un weekend da segnare in agenda per scoprire le terre, i borghi e i prodotti tipici di una tra le aree produttive più rinomate dell’Umbria.

At the 2017 edition of Enologica, visitors will be able to discover the most important moments in the history of Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG wine and learn about its many facets, thanks to producers, historical memories of Montefalco, cooking shows and vintage wine tasting. A unique event for the city of Montefalco, organized by the Consortium for the Protection of Montefalco Wines, the Municipality of Montefalco and the Association “Road of Sagrantino”; an event dedicated to the production of wine in Umbria and, in particular, of Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG wine, which celebrates 25 years since receiving DOCG status. Sagrantino rightly became one of the world’s top wines, and, during the last edition of the event, it was at the centre of an interconnected “system” characterized by a unique history made up of passion and people, with a view to sustainability and quality, which has always distinguished Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG and the other wines of Montefalco.
