White wine of character and personality shaped by the depth of Trebbiano Spoletino, the white grape more intimately close to the local tradition.
It is captivating, rich in aromas, dynamic and bodied, it is a wine that can be appreciated when young but it also has good potential for aging.

BLEND: Minimum 50% Trebbiano Spoletino, 0-50% other grapes

FOOD PAIRINGS: starters, soups, risotto, fish and white meat, carpaccio, prosciutto and salami, sushi.

The principal grape is Sangiovese, which has always been the protagonist of the hills around Montefalco, capable of original results, strictly adhering to the characteristics of the territory.
A traditional wine, indeed, blended with Sagrantino and other black-grapes varieties.

BLEND: 60-80% Sangiovese, 10-25% Sagrantino, 0-30% other grapes

FOOD PAIRINGS: complex first courses, stuffed pasta, steak and roast beef, medium-aged cheeses, pizza, fish soups.
