By A few steps from the city of Montefalco, below the ancient walls, our current winery was founded in 2003. The winery was destined for the entire wine production chain, from the cultivation and processing of grapes, to the marketing of wines.
The wine-making room, equipped with stainless steel fermenters, is used for the fermentation of white and red musts, and for the preservation of finished wines.
The underground area of the winery is reserved for the elevation of the wine, equipped with French barriques and, as tradition dictates, large casks of oak from beyond the Alps and Slavonia.
Here are also refined, once bottled, the great wines with denomination of origin: Sagrantino Secco and Passito of Montefalco DOCG, Rosso DOC and Bianco DOC.
